What does the role entail?
I spent my first placement specifying our timetable for special events on our network with increased passenger demand. This included West Ham and Charlton football matches and concerts at Dreamland.

I studied Law with Sociology at Canterbury Christ Church University.
What do you love about the role?
I get the opportunity to go out and about on the network and see my work come to life. It is extremely rewarding to see how my work positively impacts the passenger experience!
